Where We Work in Round Rock & Williamson County
Three dispatch beats keep a truck near you — and we cover the Chisholm Trail SUD service territory east of the city same as city-proper. Outside these lists but close by? Call.
Established Round Rock
Brushy Creek (Cat Hollow, Woods of Brushy Creek, Meadows of Brushy Creek), Forest Creek, Deepwood, Round Rock West, Old Town/downtown, Greenlawn, Pecan Hills, Bellview. The 1970s–90s core: mature oak and juniper canopies over clay and cast-iron laterals, some original polybutylene still hiding in 1980s builds. Root intrusion and soil-movement bellies are the recurring story — camera inspection recommended on any main-line work.
Master-Planned Round Rock
Teravista, Behrens Ranch, Paloma Lake, Siena, Mayfield Ranch, Walsh Ranch, Sendero Springs, Sonoma, The Oaklands, Vista Oaks. The 2000s–2010s boom: builder-grade water heaters now hitting the 8–10 year wall, "flushable" wipes in PVC laterals, and disposal abuse. Easy access, fast same-day work.
North & East Round Rock
Avery Ranch, Brushy Slope, Highlands at Mayfield Ranch, plus Hutto, north Pflugerville, and south Georgetown edges. Note for east-siders: the Chisholm Trail SUD service area (Chisholm Valley, Sendero Springs sections, areas toward Jonah and McLendon-Chisholm) runs groundwater — harder than city water, different softener sizing. We test on-site.
Beyond the City Limits
Rural Williamson County toward the county line — private wells, acreage properties, shops with hose bibb and utility demands. Longer drives mean we batch scheduled work to specific days; emergencies still get a truck.
