About Brushy Creek Plumbing Co.

We started Brushy Creek Plumbing after one too many "inspections" that were really sales calls in disguise. Round Rock doesn't need another plumbing company treating every visit like an upsell opportunity. It needs one that understands what actually breaks homes here — the 15-grain water, the moving black clay, the oak roots in forty-year-old lines — and prices the fix like an adult.

What We Actually Believe

• Publish the prices. Mystery pricing only benefits the company. Our price guide is public because it keeps us honest.
• Repair first, replace when it's real. An anode rod is $180. A new heater is $1,800. If the rod fixes it, that's the recommendation — even when the bigger job pays more.
• Diagnose for the water you have. City of Round Rock supply, Chisholm Trail SUD groundwater, and a private well are three different problems wearing the same uniform. We test on-site, every time.
• Leave every house cleaner than we found it. Shoe covers, drop cloths, wipe-down. It sounds small until you've had the other kind of plumber.

Who We Are

A small crew — dispatch, a handful of TSBPE-licensed plumbers and apprentices, and trucks staged across the city. The plumber who quotes your job is the one who does it; we don't send sales techs to "assess" and then hand the work to whoever's free.

We live where we work: Brushy Creek, Forest Creek, Teravista, Old Town. Our kids play in the same neighborhoods we park trucks in. That's the whole business model — be the plumber your neighbor recommends without being asked.
